หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• . Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve the overall performance and productivity of the retail store.
• . Manage and supervise the store staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions to maximize store profitability.
• Ensure proper implementation of merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
• Prepare and present regular reports on store performance and operational KPIs to upper management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the retail store operations.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการขาย Retail อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
