Customer Service (Foreigner Clients)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Coordinate and support with leasing sales, owner and customer for services and response for owner and customer requirement and also resolving any problem occurence on site 2. Visit site for collect full details of property which includes photo, arrange viewing, floor plan & layout, brochure and showing the property 3. Stand by for support customer at site and rotate for support customer requirement 4. Inform and report all sitiuations about defect and customer pain to line manager 5. Collaborate with juristic building office to support customer such as courteous, efficient handling of resident request and complaints 6. Support company\\\'s events and activities such as transfer event, project event etc. 7. Follow-up and check feedback to customer for process improvement and development 8. Support company\\\'s event and activities
