Customer Service Airfreight Import

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide customer services to facilitate freight activities and direct contact to concern department. • Following up on shipment, tracking and update customer shipment status • Coordinate with all involved parties in regards to import documents processing. • Communicate with internal team and external customers in a professional manner • Coordinate with the operation team and overseas partner for all shipment status and update to ensure the smooth running of the transportation. • Develop new suppliers and negotiate freight rates services to attain the best competitive outcome. • Management of new and existing customers and maintain a strong relationship to increase future business opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female - At least 1-2 years' Experience in the logistics field, preferably coming from Freight Forwarding business. - Knowledge of administrative procedures and good understanding of import and documentation relating to customs clearance are required - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and any lyrical skills - Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and basic program. - Good command of written and spoken English - High responsibility and positive thinking.
