หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Provide Installation/Implementation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings in field of Information Network and Security Solution
-Design, discuss and confirm solution network security/system with customer
-Plan, manage schedule and co-ordination with customer for project installation, implementation and project sign-off
-Co-operate with product vendors to provide in depth troubleshooting
-Provide the product training & demo to clients
-Create document as required in implementing and maintenance
-Learn research and update with technologies/products to customers and internal teams
- Proposing changes and improvements to increase the efficiency of products and systems

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineer or any Computer-related fields.
-Knowledge in basic network, DNS, Web Application.
-Good command of English (Fluent/ Communicate level).
-Ability to support on-site.
-Able to work well under pressure and flexible time.
-Characteristics: Good attitude, fast learner and problem-solving skills.
