Finance and Accounting Officer - AR (Phuket)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Accounting Receivable • Report to Finance and Accounting Manager (Daily report) • Report to Finance and Accounting Manager (Bank Statement, Debt report) • Perform Bank Reconciliation for deposit and withdrawal transactions • Generate and Issue Invoices • Follow established procedures in generating receipts for all received payments • Follow established procedures in generating credit note • Follow up overdue invoices with customer. • Responsible for all Finance emails. • Finance dept. point of contact for customer. • Issue receipts for all money received by cash, cheque, bank transfer, and credit card. • Ensuring all financial regulation are adhered to. • payment and reply mail. • Process and issue documents for outward remittance. • Assist the Manager in any other ad-hoc matters that emerge.
