หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. บริหารจัดการและดูแลแคมเปญการตลาดของบริษัทฯ 2. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในภายนอกได้ดี 3. บริหารจัดการงานด้านเนื้อหาและดูแลช่องทางการสื่อสารของบริษัทฯ ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ 4. บริหารจัดการและดูแลเรื่องการประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทฯ ตามนโยบายของผู้บริหาร 5. บริหารจัดการกำลังคนในแผนกหรือจัดซื้อจัดจ้างตามสมควร เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของการสื่อสาร 6. บริหารจัดการและดำเนินงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events) and oversee content creation for website, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing initiatives
• Plan and organize marketing events, webinars, and seminars related to PDPA topics
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Track and report on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign performance
• Manage marketing budget and resources effectively

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, content marketing, and social media
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and metrics
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in professional services or consulting industry
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR) and compliance landscape
• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
• Experience marketing educational or training services
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and website management
