หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. ）Transmittal Issue, distribution documents and document register. 2. ）Implement the Project Document Management System (Document Structure, Piping, Equipment, Code & Numbering) 3.）Project document received checked, accurately recorded and distribution also include hard copy and electronic version. 4.）Monitor, evaluated the status of the completeness and correctness of documents drawing before distributing to related person. Check that documents are in order in terms of the documents title, document no., revision no, description and progress status. 5.）Received and manage with register red line mark-up from Engineering and return to Client for Backdraft AS-BUILD. 6.）Provide the attachments ( e-files version ) to Subcontractors. 7.）Weekly report.
