• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Conduct process analysis and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Support system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials for end users.
• Stay updated on IT trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related project
• English communication skills are essential for this role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or system integration is a plus.
