หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Descriptions: Understanding client’s requirement to source the suitable candidates Posing technical job description on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT / Technical candidates to shortlist the qualified candidates to clients. Coordinating on compensation package Building up candidates’ pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring candidates data is updated into company’s system. Keep updating with new technology trends in order to form strategic conversation with clients on further hiring needs.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• The successful candidate will have the following background: 2-3 year of experience as a Recruiter, background in IT Outsourcing Service Business will be a plus. Graduated in Computer Science, IT, Computer Business, or any related fields are welcome. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with targets and KPIs. Well organized, ability to handle multi-task to complete assignment on time. Good communications and negotiations skills. A competitive nature with a drive to win.
