หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Arrangement of in-bound shipment incl. drop ship of all products for distributors. 2. Prepare necessary documents and timely provide those to distributors. 3. Create PO for IT products such as HCLAB and send it to Head Quoter 4. Follow progress from IT Department and issue invoices to customers. 5. Prepare and issue billing documents to both distributors and customers. 6. Propose non-conformance and recommended corrective actions. 7. Arrangement for export shipment example event of a claim or return shipment of all products to affiliate (if any) 8. Provide documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, Air Waybill/ Bill of Lading to either external customs broker or Company Shipping team in order to prepare customs entry.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1) ปริญญาตรี สาขาด้านโลจิสติกส์ การบริหาร หรือเทียบเท่า 2) มีประสบการณ์ในงาน อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ด้าน logistic , supply chain management (SCM) 3) ต้องมีประสบการณ์ผ่านการใช้งานโปรแกรม MySAP หรือ Oracle และใช้งาน MS. Office ได้ดี 4) สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ 5) มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่อง Import – Export / Freight forwarder.
