Incoming Quality Technician (บ้านบึง ชลบุรี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for inspection and maintaining the quality system following to company quality standards and customer specification/requirement.  Provide quality and technical support on assigning. - Follow up 8D Failure Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions for completeness & closure with effectiveness from suppliers. - Support sourcing sampling check after receiving the material from supplier. - Communicate between company’s staffing and the suppliers. - Work with Production team for the Non-Conforming issue of Raw Material. - Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support ISO compliance, regulatory requirements, Safety & Quality as implemented by the company. - Maintains documentation, equipment, and work areas in a neat, orderly and safe condition. - Monitor & follow up problem improvement in the factory. - Follow all required work instructions, work aids and forms as they pertain to Quality, Environment, and Safety. - Prepare the report to summarize the results from quality checked and report to Supplier quality engineer. - Actively participate in continuous improvement, lean practices, six sigma, 5S, safety, environmental. - Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support ISO compliance, regulatory requirements, Safety, environmental & Quality as implemented by the company.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - A person who can organize data logically, work at shop floor level and can communicate with team effectively. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong knowledge on 8D problem solving method. - Good command in English and computer MS Office literacy. - Good communications skills. - Positive thinking and " CAN DO " attitude. - Can Working into shift.
