หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support and collaborate closely with our technical team from requirement gathering to project implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Function as an interpreter and point of contact, facilitating communication between our sites and headquarters.
• Translate emails and documents from Thai/English to Japanese or Japanese to English/Thai.
• Coordinate projects between Thai sales staff and Japanese customers and suppliers.
• Prepare meeting reports, transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and any other tasks to support project needs.
• Occasionally visit project sites with the technical team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Project management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or above is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Japanese business culture and etiquette is preferred.
