หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinates and monitors day to day plant operations activities; including review of daily plant operations for quality, capacity, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure stable of the production process to achieve department goals and KPI.
• Makes adjustment to short term and long-term plans to ensure plant meets production plan as needed.
• Coordinates the development of the operating discipline for the plant.
• Assumes ownership of various aspects of the plant.
• Troubleshoots and resolves opportunities with plant equipment and final product quality issues.
• Coordinates safe and efficient plant shutdowns and start-ups for maintenance turnarounds.
• Proactively uses knowledge and experience to identify problems, develop relevant facts, formulate alternative solutions, decide on appropriate conclusions, and implement corrective actions.
• Uses ingenuity and applies knowledge to recommend changes which could result in improved productivity, safety, and environmental performance.
• Serves as short term backup to the Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum high Diploma Degree or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 - 5 years working experience in a supervisory level.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Plant control system, preferably DCS.
• SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience.
• Experience in a petrochemical or chemical manufacturing will be advantage.
• Experience in developing procedures and training.
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, processing equipment and plant utilities, or equivalent experience at a petrochemical plant or chemical plant.
