หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Mixing, garnishing and serving drinks according to company specifications. - Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options. - Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Motivation the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. - Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff and manage roaster. - Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. - Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. - Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. - Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Strong leadership and customer management abilities. - Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. - Interested in beverage. - Computer and POS proficiency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - English and Thai speaker.
