• SINGAPORE THAILAND REALTY is an innovative property agency, focused on selling and renting out condos, and expanding onto the Bangkok real estate market. To effectively service our many prospective clients, we are now looking for a confident and diligent property agent to join our team. The property agent will be at the center of a dynamic and competitive organization, and will be working with our prospective clients, by effectively communicating clients’ property requirements and to adequately presenting our best matching condo listings. The main focus of the job will be to generate sales and rental deals for SINGAPORE THAILAND REALTY. A successful candidate would be a diligent and enthusiastic professional with excellent communication, presentation and closing skills. Responsibilities The property agent will follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the management. Property agent’s main responsibility is to closing property deals, by renting out and selling condos to our prospective clients. Hence, property agent’s responsibilities will be the following: contact our prospective clients to understand their property requirements, and provide adequate advice; arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients; negotiate prices, terms and conditions; prepare necessary documents for buying, selling or renting condos; execute the transactions (For sales and purchase transactions, agent’s presence at the Bangkok Land Department would be required). Compensation & Benefits salary & commission; Social security; 10 days of vacation per year.
