Union Ocean Logistics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. under Ningbo Union Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd was founded in 2002 by CEO Wang Zhanyou as a Class-A, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC, Certificate No.: NV00775). In addition, Mr. Wang is Vice President of Ningbo Port-Of-Entry Association. Union Ocean's office capacity consists of 1,500 m2 (16,000 ft2) and staffs approx. 106 experienced and professionally trained employees. Our core competences consist of:

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Coordinate with shipping line for check ETA, receive D/O as per mention in customer's allocation.
  • Operate all import shipment document process by sea and air freight.
  • Coordinate the sales by managing forecast, P/O, schedule, document and communicating relevant information.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers for movement and on time of the shipment as client’s request.
  • To closely track the shipment status and keep the clients informed along with other parties, which include the sales team, custom clearance team and operation team.
  • Issue Pre-invoice to account team.
  • Work at a fast pace with focused and mindful in performing tasks, negotiation and responsibilities.
  • To coordinate with EDI staff for customs clearance process.
  • To follow-up and co-ordinate with shipping clearance staff to release cargo to customer on time frame.
  • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
  • Other jobs as assigned by Manager.

  • มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ภาษาไทย – อังกฤษ หรือสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์นำเข้า–ส่งออก
  • ใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  • มีใจรักในงานบริการ
