หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Work as a team and remote in all phases of business and executive group operations, including but not limited to the following:

-Coordinating project/ event development and setup
Communicating with external (customers and vendors) and internal(colleagues) stakeholders
-Conduct site surveys and quality control checks
-Planning of events/projects
-Sourcing for event suppliers and venues and provide onsite event coordination
-Oversee project timelines
-Take initiative to resolve operational problems quickly and efficient
-Quality control is of utmost importance.
-Certain administrative work will be expected
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field
-Strong capacity to work without supervision
-Excellent English/Thai communication skills both verbal and written; and good work flow planning and organization skill is preferable.
-Experience in MICE and events will be an advantage
-Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, top management personnel from the industry
-Prior budget and cost management experience is an advantage.
-Superior research and analytical skills with a creative slant
-Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, associates, partners, third parties and other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company
