• JOB DUTIES Responsible in full life cycle of RPA solution from user requirement submission, understanding the current process, design RPA flow to production and maintenance. Create and maintain throughout the project life-cycle, the Process Definition Solution Design Document (PDSDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process, technical specification, document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance test. Coordinate with IT team for system environment matters, BCP, Security improvement, UAT environment and RPA IT dependency matrix. Support RPA production requests and resolve production issues within SLA. Investigate and conduct detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions by applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis Explore, identify and test new innovative technology or solution for process re-engineering/digitization/automation or able to come up with a revolutionize idea Coach and develop project team members and RPA business user Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT relevant educational or equivalent academic experience, insurance business is preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in one of the following RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or BluePrism. UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) are required Experience in one or more software development technologies is a key asset, such as: .NET, VB, C#, JAVA, SQL, HTML, CSS or VB. UiPath experience a plus Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solution. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
