SENIOR LEVEL DESIGNER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in preparing high-quality designs including concepts, mood boards, room layouts, and material/product boards to deliver high-quality designs to our clients.
• Produce initial sketches of spatial layouts.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery, furniture, and construction detailing is a must.
• Liaise directly with suppliers and contractors.
• Assist with FF&E research, sourcing, specification, procurement, and supply process.
• Attend site visits when required to foster positive client and contractor relationships and ensure projects are running smoothly
• Able to manage your own time efficiently and work among colleagues to tight deadlines

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• experience working on high-end hospitality, residential & F&B projects (ideally 2+ years) is preferential.
• Have an interior design or interior architecture degree
• Have strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop skills.
• Being able to use Rhino, Revit, and rendering software is a plus point.
• Freehand sketching abilities
• Able to communicate in both Thai & English
• Aesthete: You have a passion for beautiful design and are appreciative of the number of ways beautiful design may be showcased
• Customer-obsessed: You obsess about delivering beautiful experiences to customers, in addition to beautiful design
• Data-driven: You keep up to date with internal and external trends and developments to ensure data back any design decisions

• Kind: You are comfortable giving/receiving feedback to/from internal and stakeholders, and use it as a learning opportunity
