• Responsible for the overall product quality to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure all quality systems procedures are in place and always maintain / practice throughout the organization • Perform improvement of the quality systems, including training and certification program • Ensure all quality inspection requirements from customers are implemented and monitored • Review all QA performance indicators and produce an annual improvement plan • Review, implement and maintain the ISO 9001 and 14000 systems • Conduct periodical internal audits to ensure ISO 9001 and 14000 compliances

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded System Engineering or related field. • Experience and knowledge in Quality Management Systems regarding to ISO, IPC, and any other international standards. • Strong analytical, creativity, and problem-solving skills • Good communication and coordination skill • Good presentation and documentation skill • Minimum 5 years of work experience at management level in Quality Assurance • Can work under pressure, good interpersonal relationship, and good team player
