หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties -Daily duties will include: -Check the daily transfers from central kitchen and upload them on revel using Excel -Collect invoices from suppliers and receive products when they are delivered. -Upload daily the invoices received from suppliers -Check quantity in stock and expiration dates of all products and sort accordingly (FIFO system) -Take care of layout, proper hygiene and tidiness of the dry store, packaging store and fridges. -Keep a strict inventory of products -Inform purchasing when products are running low Monthly duties will include: Take care of monthly inventory of all Soho Pizza Outlets Responsibilities: -Be responsible for the inventory of the stock of central kitchen -Responsible for Revel POS Inventory System -Be responsible for cost control practices at central kitchen -Perform occasional spot checks in all branches of Soho Pizza -Come up with ideas to optimize daily operations processes. -Take care of any other tasks required for the smooth running of operations of the business

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree (high school diploma also considered) Intermediate English speaking skills is a plus Detail oriented person Good communication skills Good organizational skills Good maths skills Proficiency in excel and google sheet Problem solving skills and think out of the box attitude.
