หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Lead of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the brand's marketing and promotional strategies.
• Lead of Brand Marketing work closely with agency teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, design brand assets, and maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
• Generating new business leads.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Works closely with agency teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, design brand assets, and maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns both online and offline.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proficiency with online and offline marketing and social media strategy.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, marketing, advertising, events, or relaid field.
• At least 7 years of experience in team management.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pet product industry.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Interpersonal communication skill both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
• A growth mindset with positive Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open-minded.
