Trading Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in all trade events, launches and business briefings. Work closely with commercial teams at all levels to understand the needs of sales teams, and ensure they are equipped with the strongest information.
• Manage distributor on a regular basis ensuring effective execution of Trade Marketing plan and appropriate products’ handling.
• Work with distributor to develop competitive advantage at store level.
• Work with internal design team to produce creatives required for trade marketing.
• Creating and executing trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and achieve sales targets.
• Be able to work across teams to put together marketing strategy and planning processes.
• Developing a deep understanding of the customer and working with stakeholders in the brand to deliver a seamless shopping experience between online and retail.
• Review competitors’ strategies and update competitor information.
• Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check customer satisfaction and performance including shelf and shop decoration.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing to drive continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• At least 3-7 years of experience trading marketing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of trading marketing, event marketing and marketing trends.
• In depth knowledge of social media pet product or pet supply industry.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with great time management skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.
