chieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive.
Creating a strong bond within the sales team and across the whole organization.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Acting as a pet products evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Negotiating with customers for transaction conditions such as price, trade terms.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Sales Management.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
Strong business sense and pet industry expertise.
A growth mindset with positive Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open-minded.
