หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online and offline to increase brand awareness and market share and stimulate sales to achieve the set target. Also Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns. 2.Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. 3.Digital Marketing Campaign: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary. Also, executing digital marketing strategies to drive our brand awareness, customer engagement, and online, offline sales 4.Collaboration: Work closely with team to align marketing strategies with new product launches including collaboration with partners. 5.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team 6.Customer Engagement: -Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including customer feedback programs and loyalty initiatives. -Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to build brand presence. 7.Lead Generation and Conversion- Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into sales. -Use CRM systems to track leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure follow-up. 8.Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary.

• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Expertise in current marketing strategies and digital tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
