Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online and offline to increase brand awareness and market share and stimulate sales to achieve the set target . Also Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
• 2.Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• 3.Digital Marketing Campaign: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary. Also, executing digital marketing strategies to drive our brand awareness, customer engagement, and online, offline sales
• 4.Collaboration: Work closely with team to align marketing strategies with new product launches including collaboration with partners.
• 5.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team . Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to build brand presence.
• 6.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including customer feedback programs and loyalty initiatives. Use CRM systems to track leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure follow-up.
• 7.Lead Generation and Conversion Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into sales
• 8.Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the Skincare,Cosmatic products or related industry.
• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Expertise in current marketing strategies and digital tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
