Marketing Manager (Phuket)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for both offline and online to raise brand awareness through marketing database, social media, display advertising campaigns, etc. - Budget planning, managing and monitoring - Study competitors, identify market trends and insights to create specialized campaigns for associated target groups. - Build and maintain our social media presence across all channels - Analyze and evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against goals (OKR and KPI) - Developing and executing on marketing strategies. - Finding new ways or opportunities of generating revenues and business growth. - Planning and implementing all marketing activities online and offline for the company’s products. - Monitoring marketing budget and ensuring all plans keep schedule and effective.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: - Above 3 years of experience in marketing both offline and online which including 3-5 years in real estate or property development business - Strong Communication both in Thai and English - Self-motivated, creative and excellent coordination skill
