• Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability in turning complex data into actionable strategies. The candidate will be responsible for not only gathering and processing a vast array of marketing data but also for presenting this data in a clear and visual format that can be understood by teams across the organization and senior management. The role demands a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and clear communication to influence data-driven decision-making in our marketing strategies. - Gather and process raw data from various sources including internal databases, market research, social media analytics, and external datasets. - Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for marketing strategy optimization. - Create comprehensive customer profiles to target marketing efforts more precisely. - Conduct deep-dive analyses into market trends, customer behaviors, and other relevant factors to inform strategic marketing initiatives. - Employ complex analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets, highlighting trends and patterns in the data. - Translate data findings into understandable documents and reports for team members and management. - Design and present clear data visualizations and interactive dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences to facilitate understanding and decision-making. - Propose and implement data-driven solutions and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support data-driven approaches and share analytical insights.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. 2.Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, preferably within the marketing sector. 3.Strong understanding of data structures, database design development, data mining, and segmentation practices. 4.Advanced abilities in data visualization and the creation of interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. 5.Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms. 6..Experience with SQL databases and programming languages such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks. 7.Familiarity with statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.) and data visualization techniques to provide accessible reports. 8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex data to a diverse range of stakeholders.
