• Job Description: The Digital Platform & Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s social media strategy and platforms, ensuring content is delivered effectively, and managing the performance of digital campaigns. This role combines expertise in social media management, content scheduling, and performance analysis to maximize the digital presence and engagement of the company's brand. Responsibilities: 1.Platform Management: - Manage various channels and platforms, including social networks (SNS), web, and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM). - Handle content scheduling, feature management, and community engagement to foster a vibrant online presence. - Oversee the integration and functionality of social media tools and applications. 2.Social Administration: - Administer the day-to-day operations of social platforms, monitoring for negative issues and managing content feeds to optimize lead flow. - Ensure that the content strategy is implemented correctly and consistently across all digital channels. - Maintain high levels of user engagement through proactive interaction and community management. 3.Performance: - Create and manage the media performance plan, liaising with in-house teams or external agencies as required. - Responsible for the ongoing optimization of digital campaigns, evaluating their performance, and providing analytical reports. - Make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2.Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital content strategies. 3.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, and performance metrics. 4.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. 5.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on engaging with online communities. 7.Creative thinking with a passion for digital trends and a drive for continuous improvement.
