• Job Description: The Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and adapting engaging marketing content for both Russian and English-speaking audiences. The role demands a creative individual who has a deep understanding of cultural nuances and can create compelling content that resonates within different markets. The specialist will work closely with the editorial, production, and SEO teams to ensure content is relevant, high-quality, and SEO-optimized, driving customer engagement and achieving marketing objectives. - Develop and implement a bilingual content strategy to maximize engagement across Russian and English-speaking markets. - Produce and adapt creative content for various digital platforms, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with the brand's messaging. - Lead bilingual content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and localizing content for the Russian market while maintaining its effectiveness in English. - Revise and tailor existing marketing materials to be culturally appealing to Russian customers, ensuring the content is engaging and drives customer attraction. - Conduct detailed proofing of all design and copy to guarantee accuracy and brand consistency in both languages. Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for both Russian and English search engines, focusing on market-specific keywords and trends. - Provide support and expertise to the production team for the creation of bilingual visual and textual content, including video scripts and voiceovers. - Translate and adapt multimedia content for bilingual use, ensuring the translated versions meet the same quality and engagement standards as the original. - Engage with cross-cultural teams to ensure content direction and strategy are inclusive and meet the diverse needs of an international audience.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Native Russian speaker with professional fluency in English. 2.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or related field. 3.At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role, with a focus on bilingual content for Russian and English markets. 4.Strong understanding of SEO and digital content marketing strategies, with the ability to apply these in a bilingual context. 5.Demonstrated ability to produce engaging digital content for a variety of platforms and adapt material for different cultural contexts. 6..Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail with the ability to capture cultural nuances in translation. 7.Experience in multimedia content production and voiceover work is highly advantageous. 8.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment. 9.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
