• Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring they align with each business function's unique needs. You will be at the forefront of operational management, leading your team through brainstorming sessions to develop growth strategies that resonate with the company's vision. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering campaign planning, budget control, and the implementation of user engagement strategies to streamline project flow and enhance team efficiency. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in performance analysis, leveraging data to refine marketing practices and drive spending efficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with the Director's vision, tailoring them to specific business functions. • Lead brainstorming sessions to craft growth strategies, monitor market trends, and report significant changes to the Director, recommending operational adjustments. • Oversee the budget, manage KPIs, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans. • Provide daily management and support to the digital marketing team, ensuring optimal campaign execution and resource allocation. • Monitor marketing budget expenditures and track engagement metrics to gauge strategy effectiveness. • Coordinate project and content delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to strategic objectives and timelines. • Analyze data to enhance understanding of spending efficiencies and performance improvements. • Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate comprehensive reports on customer interactions and journey effectiveness. • Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend innovative tools and data-driven methods to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree. • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in social media, performance marketing, and SEO. • Strong track record in executing digital campaigns and analyzing their performance. • Proficient with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. • Solid experience with content marketing and its role in SEO and social media. • Skilled in marketing automation tools and CRM software. • Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies and clearly articulate them to stakeholders.
