• Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability in turning complex data into actionable strategies. The candidate will be responsible for not only gathering and processing a vast array of marketing data but also for presenting this data in a clear and visual format that can be understood by teams across the organization and senior management. The role demands a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and clear communication to influence data-driven decision-making in our marketing strategies. Responsibilities: • Gather and process raw data from various sources including internal databases, market research, social media analytics, and external datasets. • Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for marketing strategy optimization. • Create comprehensive customer profiles to target marketing efforts more precisely. • Conduct deep-dive analyses into market trends, customer behaviors, and other relevant factors to inform strategic marketing initiatives. • Employ complex analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets, highlighting trends and patterns in the data. • Translate data findings into understandable documents and reports for team members and management. • Design and present clear data visualizations and interactive dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences to facilitate understanding and decision-making. • Propose and implement data-driven solutions and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support data-driven approaches and share analytical insights

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, preferably within the marketing sector. • Strong understanding of data structures, database design development, data mining, and segmentation practices. • Advanced abilities in data visualization and the creation of interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. • Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms. • Experience with SQL databases and programming languages such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks. • Familiarity with statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.) and data visualization techniques to provide accessible reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex data to a diverse range of stakeholders.
