• Flowerstore Group was founded in 2018 by ex-Lazada CEO and in just 2 years it became the largest flower e-commerce in SEA. In the Philippines we became market leader in 1 year, while in Vietnam, where we started less than 2 years ago, we are already among top-3 players. It’s now time for our next exciting step, which is the launch of operations in THAILAND with our new brand name POTICO.TH. We plan to keep growing, and for us, flowers are not the limit. We will become the top-of-mind brand when looking for a gift (flowers, plants, cakes, personalized items…), whether if it is a birthday, graduation, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or any other! Human resources department oversees recruiting, office management, career planning, legal and public relations. We are looking for an ambitious young professional to join our international team, playing a KEY role in the launch of the new country. Will you grow… with us? Job opening: Senior HR Executive Location: Bangkok Starting date: ASAP Responsibilities: • Supporting the establishment of the company, recruiting the Management Team and selecting the best option to locate our Headquarters. • Acting as the first point of contact for directors, managers and employees providing support and guidance • Overseeing and coordinating recruitment processes as HRM requirements • Attending and carrying out any disciplinary meetings and grievances • Responsibility for day-to-day HR administration such as database and personnel file management, issuing contract and offer letters, onboarding, reviewing, and updating staff records, salaries, etc. Qualifications: • Preferred 2-3 years of experience in HR related positions. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/business/economics or other related majors. • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai (MUST) • Highly motivated and ambitious, fast learner with a can-do spirit, even when under high pressure (MUST) • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights (Excel / Google Sheets) • Knowledge on Thai labor laws (requirements and processes) for locals and foreigners Apply: Send an email to antonio.gioia@flowerstore.vn with your updated CV Thank you for your time and enthusiasm!
