• Flowerstore Group was founded in 2018 by ex-Lazada CEO and in just 2 years it became the largest flower e-commerce in SEA. In the Philippines we became market leader in 1 year, while in Vietnam, we are already among top-3 players. It’s now time for our next exciting step, with the launch of operations in THAILAND with our new brand name POTICO.TH. We plan to keep growing, and for us, flowers are not the limit. We will become the top-of-mind brand when looking for a gift (flowers, plants, cakes, personalized items…), whether if it is a birthday, graduation, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or any other. We are looking for an ambitious young professional to join our Marketing Manager, playing a KEY role in the launch of the new country. Will you grow… with us? Job opening: Marketing Manager Location: Bangkok Starting date: ASAP Responsibilities: • Full responsibility on company’s user’s growth via all possible acquisition channels, in line with company’s strategy. • Accountable for company’s performance marketing budget and ensure that user acquisition, buyers and user retention performance reach the business plan objectives. • Manage the creation, implementation and optimization of social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other new up-and-coming channels. • Development of company awareness and online reputation. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. • Work closely with local and regional to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization. • Understand the media environment in Thailand and suggest digital strategy adjustment based on its evolution. • Identify root causes of issues in daily channels operation and develop both practical solutions and new processes/models to improve it. • Translate complex online marketing data into easily understandable insights for other relevant teams and senior management. • Leverage Online Marketing planning and execution expertise to support other department initiatives. • Be creative and think out of the box to identify different initiates that could improve user experience and maximize user activation. Qualifications: • Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English. Being a multinational company, your work will be based in English and you will report to a foreigner Managing Director. • Bachelor’s/College Degree in marketing/business/economics or other related majors. • Preferred at least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 1 year on a manager’s role. Ideally you worked in startups that covers industries like E-commerce, Mobility or Food Delivery. Strong data/finance/consulting backgrounds with the appetite for e-commerce/marketing also considered. • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Affiliate marketing platforms and other acquisition channels. • Very strong analytical & critical thinking with data driven mindset. Results driven and details oriented. • Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse and multi-functional teams. • Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects.
