Supply Chain Controller-Jewelry

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop Supply Chain strategies, policies & procedures, rules & regulations in line with the company’s policies and stragtegies • Manage all activities for Supply Chain, which create or reinforce a positive employee culture • Develop and manage reports and distribution of the reports to the required teams • Follow up new technology developments and standards within the industry • Manage the information system and other related systems • Achievement of agreed cost & efficiency targets • Design and lead the implementation of Supply Chain management systems • Oversee, manage, evaluate the company`s best practices in the Supply Chain process • Control the effectiveness of the operations and planning. • Perform manpower planning, production plan, employee performance appraisal and total performance management. • Control issues, safety, quality matters. • Establish guidelines to identify employee capabilities and organizational needs • Guide, coach and develop the Supply Chain team to improve performance and culture.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Master or bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Logistics related fields • 5 years experience in managing a large modern factory. • Experience in Jewelry manufacturing industries is an advantage • Understand Jewelry manufacturing, supply chain fundamentals and risk management • Know how of basic labour and Safety laws • Systems knowledge and strategic thinking • Experience in building strong teams in a manufacturing environment • Computer literacy-skill to use software program, e.g., Excel, Word, and Power Point. • Very Good command of English language
