หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lazada Platform Management :
• • Oversee and manage the daily operations of our Lazada store, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
• • Optimize product content and images to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to improve store performance.
• • Coordinate with Lazada support teams to resolve any store-related issues.
• • Execute campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to boost sales and visibility.
• Customer Service (LINE OA , Lazada Chat and Other Channel) :
• • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via LINE OA and Lazada chat in a professional and timely manner.
• • Provide product information, order status updates, and after-sales support.
• • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• • Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, particularly Lazada Seller Center, is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication (Thai and English preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with LINE OA management is a plus
• Basic knowledge of marketing and promotions on Lazada is an advantage
• Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other e-commerce tools.
