IT Support Helpdesk (Junior Level) in a Multinational Company

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. IT Infrastructure • User account control and maintenace in domain, office etc. • Server control and backup, HHT, Biosoft, RightScan etc. • IT equipment stock management auch as laptop and create future mainteance plan • Hardware and software management • Liaise with IT Vender to hadle quotaiton, contract, invoice and renewal service • User support as helpdesk for all IT related issues 2. IT Improvement and Document Control • Programming to improve existing work flow • ISO9001:2015 document control • Document control of IT Department including ISO9001 and ISO14001 3. Overall • Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as General Admin and HR, Production Department, Engineering, Japan head office • Properly understand the needs from internal customers and follow up ongoing project • Ensuring all tasks are carried out smoothly and effectivly by meeting the targeted expectation and timeline. • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as government and local authorities rules and regulations. • Other duties as assigned by the Company Staffs for non-IT matters and company event

• <Requirement> 1. Minimum Requirement and educatioanl background • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT • At least 2 years of experience in related field • English Communication Skill (Business Level) • Proactive atitude to analyze the current situation and change to better way • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Network System and IT programming. • Ability of Multi-tasking and responsible • Able to work independently with minumum supervision • Flexible to handle different kind of assignments • Flexible to travel between factories (1 hour) • Team Player Notes) Industry experience is not required. 2.
