หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Draft and inspect contract that the Company made with external persons or the Company\\\'s employees. Give advice about matters of law for preparing various types of contract and other related laws. Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions. Consider and revise draft of general contracts that are drafted by contract parties and sent to the Company for correction to ensure compliance with conditions of the law and protection of the draft contracts. คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law Have at least 5 years experience in drafting, inspection and amendment of contracts Excellent interpersonal skills; highly collaborative, team environment High attention to detail Very good command of both written & spoken English
