IT support (Day Shift-Night Shift) - 1 Year Contract

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · Provide day-to-day IT Support to the organization and resolve service requests or problems related to IT Assets. · Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners · Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks · Setting up accounts for new users · Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary · Testing new technology · Work closely with the regional IT team to investigate and fix issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Experience in MS Windows Server setup and Linux (Cent OS 7 or server setup, Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWARE ESXi server, Active Directory, DNS, Office 365, and FTP server • Good command of English, in speaking and writing • Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or JavaScript is a big plus. • CCTV system • Work experience with remote support to troubleshoot IT issues. • Prior working experience with network technologies. • Willing to work shift hours (24/7 service coverage) • Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required • Rarely travel upcountry (depending on the project)
