Restaurant Manager (Margo Restaurant)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and manage all operations within the store
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and evaluate performance
• Monitor and control inventory, including ordering supplies
• Manage operational costs and improve profitability
• Ensure the store complies with hygiene and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints appropriately and promptly
• Enforce brand policies and maintain the store’s image
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Coordinate smooth collaboration between kitchen and service teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old
• Experience of at least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in Michelin Star Restaurant / 5 star hotel / Fine dining restaurant, Will be considered a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written in English
• Experience in establishing recruitment, training and leadership systems
• Knowledgeable in store management and understanding of operational processes
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in problem-solving and making effective decisions
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
