• Job brief We are looking for an experienced Electrical& Instrumentation Inspector to undertake variety of tasks relating to controlling quality of electrical& Instrumentation installations on process modules. The task is to give control from early phase of material receivable until the completion of finished process modules includes loading modules onto special transport vehicles from workshop. Job will involve quality controls of material receivable against the project design drawings, standard codes compliances, and their installations in wiring and hydraulic tubing to modules. Tasks include assisting the testing team in modules tests as per the procedure and troubleshoot issues that one may encounter during testing. The successful candidate must be responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and system, i.e. pumps, motors, solenoid valves, actuated valves, control valves, process transmitters, switches, process control system and hydraulic control system. Responsibilities • Review bill of material against the project drawings • Ensure correctness of electrical and instrumentation material receivable at workshop • Check subcontractor wiring/ tubing works in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components, i.e., cable sizing, amperage and cable termination • Inspect and sign off pre-testing electrical check list to ensure wiring and tubing were carried out as per project drawings, i.e., wiring diagrams, P2P) • Assist other inspection and module testing team to complete tasks • Perform effective correctness of identify hazards or malfunctions and repair, or substitute damaged units • Control of subcontractor daily work to meet project quality and project schedule • Participate quality and project meetings in English language • Quality report issuing in English Requirements • Submittal of Curriculum Vitae in English with relevant certificates to bhumsitt.s@gmail.com • Proven experience as an electrical& Instrumentation Inspector • Good communication skills in both English and Thai • Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems • Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools e.g., wire strippers, multi meter, process meter etc.) and understand project electrical drawings, schematics and blueprints • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations related to E&I installation, guidelines and electrical standard codes for hazardous area (Ex installations) • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts if critical tasks require to be completed on schedule • Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician • Valid license to practice profession • Be able to work with multi nationality resources • Be able to work independently with self-motivation • Self-transport to office premises in Bang Pakong district, Chachoengsao
