Planning Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Plan and manage activities in the production planning department to ensure production follows the schedule and budget set. 2.Control and manage human resources in the production planning department, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. 3.Coordinate with the production department to ensure the timely delivery of products or services as per the specified timeline and quality standards. 4.Develop strategic plans for production to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs. 5.Review and evaluate the performance of the production processes and make necessary improvements as appropriate. 6.Manage quality control and ensure production complies with the specified standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree or relevant knowledge in production planning or related field. 2. Have 5 years or more of relevant managerial experience. 3. Skills in planning and job control. 4. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Good communication skills and teamwork. 6. Can communicate in English.
