• Key Responsibilities, 1. Finding a new Vendors (General Purchasing): - Find new vendors to compare prices and conditions -Assess the potential of new vendors 2. Purchasing jobs: -Check the opening of P/R documents from the department requesting purchase -Open and check Purchase order -Compare vendors and purchasing prices -Purchase products according to the specified time frame. -Control and check the purchase conditions in accordance with the organization's policy. -Coordinate with the accounting department to make payment according to the conditions. 3. Evaluation of the original vendors (Local Vendor): -Assess the potential of the Current Vendors -Cross check the prices between current vendors and new vendors 4. Auction Jobs: -Finding a supplier for project / project work -Making the auction contract -Coordinate / control the Auction Job meet the target or Plan 5. Other Jobs: -Coordinate with relevant departments -Help with ISO -Production Training -Other assignments
