หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in your assigned kitchen section
• Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes align with Movida’s standards
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
• Manage stock and inventory in your section, and communicate any needs or shortages
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, such as Commis
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
• Contribute ideas and assist in developing new dishes and menus

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
• Passion for Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent team player with leadership potential
• Open to learning and growing within the team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
