Bartender

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including classic cocktails, house specials, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Recommend drink pairings that go well with menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Keep track of inventory, restock items, and report supply needs
• Ensure all beverages are prepared to high standards, consistently and efficiently
• Provide warm and personalized service to guests, helping create a memorable dining experience
• Collaborate with the chef and management team to create seasonal and signature drinks for events or special menus

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant or cocktail bar
• Passionate about mixology and craft cocktails with a good understanding of spirits, wines, and classic drinks
• Basic knowledge of Spanish or Mediterranean ingredients and drinks is a plus
• Creativity in developing unique drinks that complement our tapas-style cuisine
• Great interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with guests confidently and professionally
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Able to work well under pressure, during busy services
• Fluent in Thai and conversational English (for communication with international guests and team members)
