- Conceive and implement design concepts, guidelines and strategies in various digital marketing projects and oversee them to completion - Lead a team of graphic designers, motion and video editors to deliver well-crafted assets to promote the brand and its products. Motivate and mentor visual, production and motion designers to help them use their talents effectively - Team up with manager and team in crafting highly impactful and scalable media campaigns - Collaborate with marketing teams to marry well-crafted strategy with smart, scalable designs that meet marketing goals - Establish goals and priorities for the team, as well as direct reports - Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team - Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism and other relevant Fields. ⁃ 5+ years’ digital experience. ⁃ A solid understanding of design copy and art direction practices. ⁃ Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and digital marketing. ⁃ Managerial skills with small team management.
