Digital Sales Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and optimize sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, focusing on growth, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor and Handle media buying and advertising both on-platform (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads) and off-platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to boost product visibility.
• Identify new e-commerce markets, explore expansion opportunities, and assess potential platforms for international growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Analyze performance data and industry trends to drive continuous improvements and stay competitive in the market.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and digital advertising (on and off e-commerce platforms).
• Strong background in market expansion, identifying new opportunities, and data-driven analysis to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proficient in project management, numbers, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and feminine environment with cosmetic products.
