Technical support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide after sales service support to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to prepare quotations, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the after-sales market team in selling consumables and contact.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting progress service, maintenance and ISO reports.
• Ensure all service is complete within standard procedure.
• To actively establish a network and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with Sales in supporting and meeting customers’ requirements.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male - Female, age 25 - 35 years old, Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years’ Experience in boilers, Pollution control systems in biomass or sugar factories.
• High responsibility, good service mind and Active person.
• Good attitude Able to perform work and work under pressure.
• Good at speaking, listening, and writing English.
• Can use Microsoft Office programs.
• Have flexibility in work.
• Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines.
• Work at head office 90% and 10% at the site/ warehouse.
