หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and control transportation of materials, machinery, and project equipment according to project schedules.
• Coordinate transportation between headquarters, factories, contractors, and project sites.
• Control logistics and transportation costs effectively.
• Manage transportation for large-scale industrial equipment and engineering projects.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Coordinate with material sourcing teams and overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules to Thailand.
• Track production status, shipment schedules, and import timelines closely.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and related parties to ensure smooth import operations.
• Monitor delivery timelines and report logistics updates and issues to management and project teams.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of shipment delays.
• Control receiving, issuing, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Verify inventory accuracy and prepare stock reports.
• Plan warehouse space allocation according to equipment and machinery types.
• Maintain organized warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Coordinate import-export documentation with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Review invoices, packing lists, import/export documents, and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Site Installation teams.
• Plan equipment delivery schedules in line with project timelines and ensure site readiness.
• Manage and develop Logistic and Warehouse teams, including KPI monitoring.
• Improve logistics and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain management.
• Experience in the following industries will be an advantage: Power Plants, Engineering Projects, EPC Projects, Industrial Machinery, Boiler or Pollution Control Systems
• Strong knowledge of import-export processes and customs documentation.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites occasionally.
• Experience managing transportation of heavy machinery or large industrial equipment.
• Understanding of industrial projects and site installation operations.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and transporters.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
