หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage customer transaction inquiries and resolve their issues through the call center, instant messages, and e-mails.
• - Manage all tasks that involved Customer Support.
• - Help marketing organizers use the application service successfully
• - Answer to marketing organizers needs and inquiries related to the application service.
• - Coordinate with development team third-party vendors for specific event needs based on marketing organizers requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in management, communication, IT, or other related fields.
• Excellent in reading, writing, and speaking of Thai and English language.
• Excellent in real-time problem solving.
• Service-minded.
• Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
• Enthusiastic to see a project from beginning to end
• Ability to work under pressure, with a wide variety of people.
• Happy to travel and stay away with a team or solo
• Able to work on weekends and holidays (you can take other days off to compensate).
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in taking care of applications will be an advantage.
