หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables and service areas
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle billing and payment processes using the POS system
• Assist with basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with courtesy
• Provide basic assistance to international guests in English (e.g., menu explanation, order taking)
• Follow company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female only, aged 20 years or older
• Minimum high school education (or equivalent)
• Friendly personality with a service-minded attitude
• Able to use or learn POS systems for order entry and billing
• Basic English communication skills required
• Able to work well as part of a team, under pressure, and during busy hour
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel business is a strong advantage
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
